Nice Marina ride, up the Culver trail (very easy), through Culver City, Century City, Santa Monica and back to Marina del Rey.
We did this one the first time on 8/11/02 in 2:21:32. Best guess on distance is 29-31 miles. Its very easy for the first hour, there's really only one hill (Motor Ave... it's a steep but short), but the pavement is good to very good.
Same as the long Culver trail, but we're skipping the Marina docks. 25 miles total.
This one rides the Ballona trail to its eastern end, then goes back to Culver, Century City, Santa Monica and back down the beach home.
This one is short, rough, slow and pretty (the boats in the marina at sundown...) , with one big hill (up and back down so those who don't want to ride can wait) and a long ride down Venice Blvd.)
a Friday night social skate. Lotsa stops, slow and fun, usually with music.

A brisk skate with several short stops and one long one. Scenic (before sunset) with one short hill and a nice long run down the beach at the end.
